During check-in, a front desk agent will verify a guest's method of payment and ID. Front desk agents will also try to up sell guest rooms, by sharing available alternatives and options. Running Night audit and completing night shift check list. Receiving phone calls and resolve guest issues/complaints. Helping Breakfast attendant if help is needed.
