Job Description
Job Summary The Cobblestone Hotel & Suites currently seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agents to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Shifts are 3:00pm

- 7:00am Full Job Description We are seeking dependable enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
- Routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel, process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes.
- Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Ensure proper delivery of guest's special requests (i.e. extra pillows, additional preferences)
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make every appropriate service recovery gesture in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to posting all charges, completing cashier and other reports, and counting/securing assigned bank.
- Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, and problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external guests.
- Must be able to maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and common areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
