Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel management system
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist guests who may not speak English fluently
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and financial transactions
