Position Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of The Carlton Hotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Whether you are checking in a weary traveler, recommending the best local dinner spots, or resolving a room request, your warmth and professionalism will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities Guest Relations:

Warmly welcome guests, manage the check-in and check-out process, and verify billing/identification.

Communication:

Answer incoming calls, handle reservation inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and pristine.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve guest requests, concerns, or complaints swiftly and gracefully to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Financial Accuracy:

Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate guest ledgers.

Local Concierge:

Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!

Skills:

Strong communication, excellent multitasking abilities, and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfort using computers and learning Property Management Systems (PMS).

Flexibility:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays (we offer both full-time and part-time tracks to fit your life).
