We are an independent, established resort with a team of caring professionals who keep high standards and take pride in giving every guest a deep sense of time, place and calm. The Role Our Spa Guest Services team is the first and last impression of every spa visit. You will welcome guests, schedule their treatments, guide them through our mud baths and mineral pools, and help them find the services and products that make their visit memorable. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests warmly, explain the spa experience and escort them to the locker rooms Schedule spa services accurately in Book4Time (B4T) to keep the spa running smoothly Provide accurate information about our spa, treatments and mineral pools in person, by phone and by email Respond to guest needs and requests promptly and professionally Resolve guest concerns quickly and keep management informed Handle billing questions with urgency and work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate charges Recommend services, upgrades and retail products that enhance each guest's visit Keep the front desk, spa lobby and retail boutique clean, organized and welcoming Qualifications 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills; experience with Book4Time or similar spa booking software is a plus Basic math and accurate cash handling Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A team player who is committed to exceptional guest service Self-motivated, proactive and able to make sound decisions with minimal supervision Previous spa, hotel or front desk experience preferred Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to [25] pounds (e.g., retail stock and supplies) What We Offer Competitive pay Team member perks, e.g., spa, dining and lodging discounts Opportunities for personal and career growth A unique, historic Napa Valley workplace How to Apply If you love making people feel welcome, we would love to hear from you.
