Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while delivering outstanding customer service. During overnight shifts, you will also perform night audit duties to reconcile daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall hotel operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and answer guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Perform night audit functions by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all accounts Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience Uphold phone etiquette standards and handle guest communications efficiently across various channels Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and reporting to support hotel operations Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse guests Knowledge of hotel management software systems is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment with energy and attention to detail Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and hospitality industry standards Join us at Good Nite Inn to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences while advancing your career in the vibrant world of hotel management!
