Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Maintain accurate records of orders, cancellations, and guest preferences through our P.O.S. system. Assist with night closing procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Requirements Proven experience in guest service roles within retail establishments Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset and excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with P.O.S. systems Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices Previous guest service experience Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
