The ideal candidate will possess:
Exceptional attention to detail A polished, professional demeanor Passion for luxury hospitality Ability to anticipate guest needs Calm and confident under pressure Strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Genuine desire to create memorable experiences Key Areas Daily Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism. Coordinate guest requests and personalized amenities. Make and confirm reservations according to L'Auberge Carmel standards and utilize room merchandising techniques. Share recommendations about Carmel and the Monterey Peninsula dining, shopping, and attractions. Resolve guest concerns promptly and graciously. Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless service. Follow security and safety standards at all times. Keep familiar with current codes for Market Segments and Sources, current rates, packages, and promotions. Responsible for following key control procedures according to set standards. Perform a daily cashiering audit and balance shift cashiering transactions. Promote and maintain good working relationships with your Sorasea Hospitality counterparts.Education and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Prior industry experience preferred Familiarity with telephone, office equipment, and point-of-sale software a plusOur Benefits:
