Position Summary:
As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience throughout their stay. This role combines guest service, cashiering, and light food preparation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a positive attitude and helpful demeanor Operate POS system for sales transactions, including opening and closing procedures Handle cash and credit cards accurately, following company procedures Assist with guest check-in and check-out at the lodge Manage dining hall and outdoor seating areas Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, store rooms, kitchen, and public areas Stock Grab n Go coolers and beverage/ice cream stations (if applicable) Serve food to guests Prepare sandwiches and perform barista duties as needed Understand and follow company ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak) Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Preferred Experience:
Six months or more in food and beverage or hospitality environment
