Front Desk Agent Full time and Part time available This position is for the hours of 2pm

• 10pm.

I also have other shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's computer system
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to the appropriate department
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive impression of the hotel

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
