The Role As a Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be at the heart of Wren's day-to-day operations, greeting and educating guests, preparing for services, and ensuring every visit is smooth and enjoyable. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly, check them in and out, and provide a seamless front desk experience. Educate guests about Wren's services, memberships, and product offerings with enthusiasm and knowledge. Foster authentic connections with guests and team members, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for. Maintain a clean, organized, and serene environment in all common and service areas. Prepare rooms and spaces for services, ensuring they reflect Wren's elevated standards. Contribute to community events and initiatives that support Wren's mission. Manage appointment schedules and provide support to ensure smooth daily operations.
