The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing billing and payment processes. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest relations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.
