Key Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hotel front desk experience Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal) Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of:
Revenue Management Hotel Marketing Hotel Sales Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to assist the General Manager with daily operations and special projects Team player with a professional appearance and attitude We are looking for a motivated hospitality prof Your Role As a member of the Capri Laguna team, your responsibilities will include Hotel sales, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and the local area. You will also be tasked with addressing guest requests, resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring that all guest needs are met and complete any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
