Responsibilities:
Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and reservations Handle guest requests and provide exceptional customer service Assist with rate management, inventory, and OTA systems Support hotel marketing and revenue strategies Coordinate operational projects with the General Manager Ensure smooth front desk and administrative operations
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of hotel front desk experience Proficient in Opera PMS Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal) Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of:
Revenue Management Hotel Marketing Aven Hospitality CRS Hotel Sales Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to assist the General Manager with daily operations and special projects Team player with a professional appearance and attitude We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who is dependable, proactive, and passionate about guest satisfaction.
