We are seeking a skilled individual in customer service and sales to fill a pivotal role at our Hotel. This position offers a unique opportunity for you to showcase your talents and grow in your career. Key Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Your Role As a member of the Capri Laguna team, your responsibilities will include Hotel sales, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and the local area. You will also be tasked with addressing guest requests, resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring that all guest needs are met and complete any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
