Welcome Guests:

Process check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently using our reservation system.

Provide Great Service:

Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer guest questions about the hotel, amenities, and local Lancaster attractions.

Handle Transactions:

Secure credit card authorizations, process payments, and manage damage deposit holds.

Team Up:

Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly.

Keep It Tidy:

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and front desk area.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

1+ years of customer service experience (hotel front desk experience is a huge plus).

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using computers, typing quickly, and learning property management software.

Great Communicator:

Warm, professional, and patient communicator—both in person and over the phone.

Reliability:

Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays).
