• Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations
• Operate systems, including phone and computer systems
• Perform duties, including balancing the front desk and managing any discrepancies
• Ensure the front area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Provide support to the management team as needed
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of operations, policies, and procedures
• Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with guests and colleagues
• Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
