Full Job Description Front Desk Agent Location:
Courtesy Inns of America - Lawndale, CA Courtesy Inns of America is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Agent to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with guest requests throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries. Manage reservations through the hotel's property management system and online booking platforms. Provide information about room types, rates, hotel amenities, and local attractions. Process payments and maintain accurate guest and reservation records. Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and ready for arrival. Assist with group reservations and special guest requests when needed. Promote hotel services and amenities when appropriate. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred. Experience using hotel reservation or property management systems is a plus. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Work Environment Supportive and team-oriented work environment.
