Job Description
-Must have open availability, shifts are 6a-2p, 2p-10p,10p-6a. Shifts and schedules may vary.
- Knowledge of Opera and PEP a plus
- Hotel experience a plus.
- Greet guests as they walk in and out of the hotel.
- Check guests in and out
- Assist with making new reservations, changes, or cancellations.
- Problem resolution
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have basic knowledge of computer systems
- Must be friendly and outgoing Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts Process payments, refunds, and billing accurately Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Handle guest concerns or complaints calmly and efficiently Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
