It plays a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment that keeps members coming back. As our Front Desk & Smoothie Bar Lead , you'll be responsible for setting that standard across every shift. You'll lead and support our front desk team, ensure exceptional member service, and oversee the daily operations of both the front desk and smoothie bar. We're looking for a high-energy, motivated leader who leads by example and brings out the best in their team. Someone who creates a positive atmosphere, takes initiative, keeps staff engaged and productive, and ensures operations run smoothly, even during our busiest hours. This position requires previous leadership experience with direct staff supervision . The ideal candidate is confident in training and developing employees, providing constructive feedback, maintaining accountability, and resolving challenges independently. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, holds their team to high standards, and consistently delivers an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities What you'll do: Oversee daily front desk and smoothie bar operations Supervise, train, and support front desk staff Set the standard for member service and hold the team to it Assign tasks and keep the desk and bar on track during each shift Handle member concerns and issues that need escalation Ensure cleaning and restocking standards are met Greet members, check them in for classes, and give tours to prospective members Handle retail and supplement sales and transactions Make and prepare smoothies Answer phones and assist with member questions Give tours to prospective member

Pay:

$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 30.0 per week
