Front Desk Agent

Be the first and last impression our guests have. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll welcome guests, handle reservations, and make sure every stay starts and ends smoothly. What you'll do Check guests in and out quickly and professionally Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle booking changes✓Resolve guest questions and complaints with a calm, helpful attitude Process payments and keep accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs Provide local recommendations and general concierge assistance What we're looking for Customer service experience (hotel or hospitality preferred) Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure Comfortable with computers and basic software (hotel PMS a plus) Strong communication skills written and verbal Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends If you enjoy meeting new people and take pride in delivering great service, we'd love to meet you.
