Job Description

Mt. Shasta Ski Park is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Services Representatives. Guest Services is the front line of our resort, assisting guests with ticketing questions, season passes, general issues, and general park information. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating a positive first impression for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in person and by phone in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions about park operations, mountain conditions, and events. Resolve guest concerns and direct guests to appropriate departments when needed. Verify ticket and pass information, assist with lost passes, and handle reprints. Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation. Keep the Guest Services area clean, organized, and welcoming. Uphold Mt. Shasta Ski Park's high standards of safety, hospitality, and professionalism. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred. Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred but not required (training provided).
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay rate: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Seasonal position with full-time and part-time shifts available. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak operating days.
