Starting Pay:

$17.50 per hour Responsibilities Check guests in and out Handle reservations and room assignments Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions Process payments and maintain accurate guest information Provide friendly and professional customer service Communicate with housekeeping and management Help resolve basic guest concerns Keep the front desk and lobby area organized Qualifications Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers Able to multitask in a hotel environment Hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
