Weekly Pay • Friendly Team • Laid-Back, Local Atmosphere Blue Sail Inn isn't your typical hotel — we're a true Morro Bay gem, just steps up from the Embarcadero. We take pride in offering guests a stay that feels as warm and welcoming as the sea breeze outside our door. We're looking for a dependable, upbeat Front Desk Agent who loves helping people, keeping things organized, and creating those little moments that make a guest's stay unforgettable. What You'll Do Greet, check in/out, and assist guests with genuine hospitality (and maybe a few local tips!) Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests with ease and professionalism Use WebRezPro (experience a plus, but we'll teach you if not) Keep the front desk area tidy, calm, and guest-ready Coordinate with housekeeping and management to keep everything running smoothly Manage daily reports and payments accurately Help out beyond the desk — we're a small team, and we all pitch in Support the General Manager with projects and operations What We're Looking For Weekend and holiday availability (we're in the hospitality business — the coast doesn't take days off!)
