Handle reservations accurately through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively. Follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary, ensuring guest safety at all times. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to support guest relations and service improvement efforts. Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Uphold high standards of customer service problem-solving to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and communication. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus.
