San Clemente Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our Guest Services team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while providing exceptional service throughout each guest's stay. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival and departure. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's property management system. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes accurately. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner. Accept and process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and balance daily transactions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. Assist with additional guest service duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred Skills Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy.
