Your fluency in both English and Vietnamese will be essential in creating a warm, inclusive environment for diverse guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/check-out processes Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and efficiency using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in both English and Vietnamese Manage phone communication with guests and vendors, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear client communication Assist with front desk operations including guest registration, billing, and room assignments while adhering to hotel policies and emergency procedures Address guest concerns promptly by applying customer service problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction Support night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate records of guest accounts Qualifications Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) is essential Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for night audit tasks and guest account management Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to become a vital part of a dedicated team that values energetic service, cultural diversity, and memorable guest experiences.
