Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily business functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and property's messaging system providing clear information and support Create, extend, or cancel reservations for guests Provide information for guest inquires and have knowledge of the hotel policies, amenities, cancellation policies based on reservation, and room types to best accommodate our guests Check guests in and out Skills Proficiency in property management system through training videos and on the job training Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively, not required Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles such as receptionist or personal assistant Knowledge of front desk procedures Exceptional communication skills including phone support, client interaction, and professional email correspondence Technical proficiency in office equipment like multi-line phones, printers, scanners, and basic troubleshooting skills Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high productivity levels Attention to detail This role is considered part-time, weekends required. Regular evening shift of 3 PM - 11 PM but will be asked to fill in when requests are made. Open to negotiating hours, regularly will receive 16 hours a week. Entry level position.
