Front Desk Staff

Front Desk Agent - Gym Staff (Please call our phone number (805) 845-2881 and introduce yourself or come in during our office hours Monday through Thursday 4 to 7 PM to fill out an application) We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active in a positive environment, and helping create a welcoming experience for our members every day. As the first person members see when they walk into the gym, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and energetic atmosphere while helping keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet members and guests as they enter and leave the gym Assist new members with sign-ups, memberships, and account questions Answer basic questions and provide general information about the gym and services Check that members are checked in and help with front desk operations Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Clean and sanitize gym equipment throughout the day Help maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and common areas Assist with light facility upkeep and report maintenance issues when needed Provide excellent customer service and help create a friendly gym environment Support team members with daily gym operations as needed Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable interacting with members and answering questions Basic cleaning and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or gym experience is a plus, but not required
