The Sea Ranch Lodge's South Building boasts a Dining Room, Solarium, Bar + Lounge, Café, and General Store all available for Sea Ranch guests and residents to enjoy. Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist guests
• Operate the hotel phone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or guest room
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Perform night audit duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
