MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
as hours and days may vary. This is a part-time position but may lead to full time. We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at a hotel in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Operate the hotel phone system and respond to calls in a polite and efficient manner
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate information is maintained in the system
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in
Experience:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful but not required
  • Experience in an office setting
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with
Microsoft Office Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing proficiency is helpful
