About SkyRun Vacation Rentals At SkyRun Lake Tahoe, based right here in Truckee, we provide memorable vacation experiences by maintaining high-quality homes for our guests and property owners. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented Guest Service Representatives to join our team and help us ensure our short-term rental properties are spotless, stocked, and staged to perfection before guest arrival. Position Overview As a Property Inspector, you are the final eye on a property before our guests step through the door. You'll drive to assigned homes in the Northstar, Kings Beach, and Tahoe Vista areas to inspect cleanliness from prior turnover teams, restock amenities, and stage the property so it's "guest-ready." This is an extremely flexible role —you can generally work around your own daily schedule, as long as inspections are finished prior to the scheduled guest check-in time. It's the perfect opportunity to make extra money while working at your own pace!

Key Responsibilities Drive & Access Properties:

Travel to assigned vacation rentals in Northstar, Kings Beach, and Tahoe Vista.

Quality & Cleanliness Inspections:

Perform thorough walk-throughs to ensure housekeepers have met SkyRun cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Property Staging:

Arrange decor, and guest touches according to SkyRun staging guidelines so the home is warm and welcoming.

Supply Restocking:

Pick up essential guest amenities (soaps, paper products, starter kits) from our Truckee office and restock home supply cabinets as needed.

Issue Reporting:

Spot and promptly communicate any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to management using your mobile device.

Final Check:

Ensure heat, lights, hot tubs, keypads, and amenities are set correctly for guest arrival.
