Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

Truckee Donner Lodge is looking to hire a part-time night auditor/front desk agent for 2 shifts, Sunday and Monday night graveyard (11pm - 7am). We will train the right person, so no experience is required. Opportunity for more hours is possible depending on staffing needs. We are going through an evolution and looking for someone who can be a great addition to our team. If you have a willingness to learn and an interest in giving people an excellent Truckee experience, this is the job for you! Pay begins at $21/hr. but may increase depending on shifts, experience, start date, and completion of probation period.

Job Duties:

Assist guests with check-in and check-out Generate hotel income and occupancy reports Assist guests with Truckee and Tahoe directions and things-to-do Respond to guest needs and delegate maintenance tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service to create repeat customers Required skills include: Basic knowledge of computers People skills Ability to multitask Ability to work alone with no supervision Basic office/file organizing skills Willingness to learn Must have a positive attitude and willingness to help others High school diploma/GED required Ideal candidates: Have some experience working at a front desk or other office setting Understand the basics of sales and customer service
