This role is great for someone who is athletic, loves kids, and enjoys interacting with people. You'll help families feel welcome, support classes and camps, and keep the front desk running smoothly. No two shifts are the same, so being adaptable and positive is super important to us. Daily responsibilities Greet kids and families with energy and kindness Answer phones and questions about classes and camps Check in clients, take payments, and help with scheduling Helps Instructors and Staff manage schedule and provide updates Keep the front desk and client facing spaces clean and organized Sending and creating invoices Jump in where needed during busy times What we're looking for Friendly, patient, and confident Enjoys working with kids in an active environment Quick learner who stays organized Team player who is confident in independent tasks Reliable transportation Availability Mon-Thurs evenings after 3:00pm Saturday Mornings Special Events Bonus if you have Customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience Experience in fitness, sports, or gymnastics This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hospitality Associate.
