Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls promptly Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Prepare and serve breakfast in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and presentation Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a seamless stay Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and fully stocked with necessary supplies Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality roles preferred, especially at the front desk. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm Prior resort or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding guest expectations and hospitality standards Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
