Job Description:
MOLLIE Aspen is seeking a Night Audit who is dedicated to ensuring the success of the hotel. The Night Audit will be responsible for ensuring that guests' needs are met, and that the hotel is well-prepared for the following day. They will also act as an exceptional representative of guest service.

Job Responsibilities:
Approach each shift with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and ready to contribute to the team's overall goal. Proficiency in the property management system (currently Opera) and related procedures. Ensure that all financial and credit procedures are followed, follow up on credit discrepancies, review all pay-outs, rebates, petty cash disbursements, and direct billings. Partner with departments and managers across the hotel to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Take a leadership role in assisting guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Serve as Manager on Duty, when appropriate. Answer inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Monitor and maintain guest room inventory and availability. Maintain up to date knowledge of the Aspen market, hotel amenities, and pricing/promotions. Ensure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed by the overnight operations team. Conduct property walks to ensure all entry/exit points are secure and public spaces are presentable. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and courteously. Give guests accurate information or direct them to appropriate departments for assistance. Promote hotel amenities, services, and special packages to guests during their stay. Encourage upselling opportunities to enhance their experience. Familiarize your guests with hotel facilities, policies, and services during check-in. Offer a personal farewell and an invitation to return during check-out.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of work experience in hospitality Microsoft suite competency preferred.
