As a Seasonal Front Office Host , you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, playing an important role in delivering the personalized, thoughtful service Park Hyatt is known for. You will welcome guests, assist with the registration and departure process, communicate hotel services and promotions, and help ensure each guest feels genuinely cared for throughout their stay. This highly visible, guest-facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, anticipates guest needs, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. Responsibilities also include processing forms of payment, responding to guest questions and requests, and partnering with colleagues across the hotel to create a seamless guest experience. Whether you have previous hotel or front desk experience or are looking to grow your career in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation The rate for this position is $23.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission . Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. Why Work for Hyatt?
