Hotel Front Desk Agent We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
