Full Job Description Schedule:

Mornings, 6:00am & 7:30am starts — 12-18 hours/week

Pay:

$20-$21/hour, plus quarterly employee profit sharing and a free membership Third Space & Co. is Boulder's sauna and cold plunge social club. Four saunas, three cold plunges, and a community built around connection and recovery. The Role We're looking for an early-riser to open the space and keep it running smoothly during morning hours. This is a hands-on role, part host and part caretaker of the space. What you'll do: Open the space and check in members and guests Keep the facility clean, stocked, and welcoming Tend and maintain the wood-burning sauna fires throughout the shift Handle day-to-day operations and be the friendly face of Third Space each morning What we're looking for: Experience working in the hospitality/wellness space Reliable, punctual, comfortable with an early (6am) start Enjoys people, this is a front-facing, community-oriented role Comfortable with physical tasks: cleaning, hauling wood, tending fire
