What You'll Do:
The Bell/Guest Service Agent serves as a key ambassador of the guest experience and is often the first and last point of contact for our visitors. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment while assisting guests with arrival and departure needs. The ideal candidate provides exceptional service, handles luggage with care, offers knowledge of the property and surrounding area, and ensures guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their stay. This position requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and offers competitive pay plus tips. Starts at $16.00 an hour plus tips.Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to and from guest rooms. Provide clear directions and escort guests to the Front Desk, rooms, and on-property amenities as needed. Support smooth guest departures, including luggage assistance and transportation coordination. Respond to guest requests promptly, including delivering items such as firewood and other amenities. Answer questions and provide recommendations about the property, local attractions, dining, and activities. Maintain organized and secure storage areas for guest belongings. Communicate effectively with Front Desk and other departments to support the overall guest experience. Monitor lobby and entry areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere.
