Execute flawless check-in/check-out procedures for owners and guests Serve as resort concierge for dining, activities, and local recommendations Handle reservation modifications and ownership inquiries Coordinate daily arrivals/departures with Housekeeping and Engineering Maintain accurate guest folios and night audit documentation Operate resort telephone system and switchboard Enforce resort policies with professionalism Resolve guest concerns per "End of the Line" service philosophy Maintain pristine front desk and retail areas Requirements Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or related field Professional communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems Ability to lift 50 pounds for luggage assistancePreferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in hospitality management or related field Previous front desk experience in upscale resort environment Bilingual capabilities Career Advancement Pathway Front Desk Associates may advance to FDA II ($24.25- 27.88/hr.) after 90 days by demonstrating proficiency in six core areas: property operations, reservations systems, night audits, activities, retail management, and leadership duties. Promotion requires supervisor-verified skills assessments, 95%+ system accuracy, and zero unresolved guest complaints. 1. Cross-Property Operations
