Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team from 6AM-2PM TUES

• WED 2PM-10PM
• Thursday , Friday , Saturday .

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations, including booking and modifying guest accommodations
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
