Job Description
We are looking for a welcoming and excited individual to work our front desk. This person would be responsible for checking guests in, making reservations, answering calls and assinsting with guest needs. Qualifications Strong customer service skills and experience in front desk operations Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Knowledge of hospitality management practices is a plus Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous Familiarity with night audit procedures is a bonus Responsibilities Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries and reservations efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth operations. Utilize hospitality management skills to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
