The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to make decisions independently. The Front Desk Agent must be comfortable working in a busy environment, making decisions independently and multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Be available to answer questions from customers. Check in and process people who rent rooms. Troubleshoot minor technical issues with the property's technology systems. Copy and distribute forms and documents from the hotel's reservation system to the proper departments.
