Overview- Join our dynamic team at The Inn at SilverCreek as an Owner and Guest Services Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create exceptional experiences for property owners, guests, tenants, and visitors alike. In this energetic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all guest and owner interactions, and ensure smooth property operations. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment while supporting the administrative functions that keep our property management services running seamlessly. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in property management, customer service, and administrative operations within a vibrant team setting. Responsibilities- Greet owners, guests, tenants, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing outstanding customer service at all times. Checking in guests. Handle client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions to address inquiries and resolve issue. Strong computer skills. Create accurate reservations. Apply conflict management techniques to resolve complaints or disputes. Strong ability to multitask The Job- We are looking to fill an opening for an Owner and Guest Services Agent to work the second shift front desk position from 3p-11p. The main schedule will include Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings plus two other nights TBD•. Flexibility is a must. Part time or Full time availability. •We also are looking for a Night Audit Relief position available in a 'as needed' schedule. Must be able to work the overnight shift when needed. 11 pm- 7 am.
