Job Summary The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Agent will handle administrative duties, maintain records, and assist guests with inquiries to enhance their overall experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring accuracy in data entry. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain an organized filing system for guest records and other administrative documents. Utilize computerized systems for reservations, billing, and scheduling. Assist in calendar management for appointments and events as required. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy in communications. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Uphold office management standards by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Skills Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience in office management practices is preferred. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure clarity in written communications. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with calendar management tools and administrative software is an asset.
