Must have reliable consistent attendance for this role. Longmont residents or closeby applicants preferred. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication. Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests using hospitality reservation systems. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures to enhance guest experience. Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues, applying customer service problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts effectively. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and incident reports while adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Ability to handle night audits or late shifts confidently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
