AM Front Desk Agent and Entry-Level Sales Agent - Holiday Inn Express Loveland, CO We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express and Candlewood Suites in Loveland, CO. This hybrid role combines morning front desk operations with local sales outreach and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in hospitality sales while gaining hands-on hotel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle AM front desk duties, including guest check-ins and checkouts, reservations, phone calls, and guest requests. Provide friendly, professional service to ensure a positive guest experience. Build relationships with local businesses to generate corporate, group, and extended-stay bookings. Respond to inquiries, prepare rate proposals, and assist with local sales efforts. Participate in weekly revenue meetings and help implement property-level sales strategies. Follow up with potential clients and maintain accurate sales activity records.
Qualifications:
Passion for hospitality, sales, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable contacting local businesses. Hotel front desk or sales experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. IHG or hotel property management system experience is a plus.
