The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, providing guests with all necessary information regarding their stay. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing guest needs. Experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations; experience in front desk operations is highly desirable.
Shift Hours are:
7am to 3pm | 3pm to 11pm | 11pm to 7am Weekends and holiday availability is required.
