Front Desk Attendant (Seasonal) The Bailiwick Club Greenwich, CT Job Details Part-time $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Front Desk Attendant (Seasonal) - Bailiwick Country Club | Greenwich, CT Bailiwick Country Club in Greenwich, CT, is seeking friendly and reliable individuals for a seasonal summer position as a Front Desk Attendant. While the primary role is front desk operations, team members may occasionally assist with snack bar shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members and guests in a professional manner Handle check-ins, reservations, and transactions accurately Provide information about club amenities, programs, and events Assist with scheduling court times, lessons, and special events Process snack bar orders through point-of-sale terminal Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills Good communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills are a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs.) Work is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor duties This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a welcoming club environment.
